Virtual Process Groups
Groups are an experiment in radical transparency. A space to drop your filters and stop shrinking yourself.
Real growth happens in the tension between wanting to hold back and daring to be seen.
Yes, it gets uncomfortable — that’s part of why it works. In group, that discomfort softens into connection, and the hard stuff becomes the doorway to deeper understanding, healing, and belonging.
It’s messy, it’s raw, but once you’ve tasted the magic, you’ll know why it’s worth every moment.

Take 2: Explore Your LGBTQIA+ Identity
Fridays 2:30-4:00pm PST
This group is a supportive space for adults who are exploring, (re)discovering, or claiming their queer identity later in life, often after living much of their lives as heterosexual or in straight-presenting relationships.
Many members feel like they’re in a “second round” of identity development: circling back to desires, attractions, and truths that didn’t get space or safety earlier on.
Ages 28-45 (millenial-ish)
Co-facilitated by Bridgett Winters, LMHCA and Sitara Marin, LMHC
