We come to know ourselves through the effect we have on others.
I’ve always been drawn to what’s underneath. The moment just after someone hesitates—the sharp truth tucked behind a polite smile—the complexity that most of us learn to hide to get by.
Group therapy holds a special place in my heart. Sitting in circle with others has helped me see my blind spots, how my words land, and where I still have growing edges.
It’s shown me what’s possible when people drop the act and get honest, without needing to be perfect. That kind of witnessing and reflection? It’s rare, and it’s powerful.
That said, I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all healing. Sometimes you need a space that’s fully your own—private, focused, and paced just for you.
Other times, it’s about navigating a dynamic with your partner, working through stuck patterns, or learning to speak with more clarity and compassion.
I work across all of these formats with one central focus: how we relate to ourselves and each other.
Healing happens in the space between us: in the way we listen, the way we speak, and the way we hold ourselves accountable in connection.

My approach is experiential, collaborative, and rooted in mindfulness, somatics, and restorative frameworks. I care about creating spaces where people feel safe enough to stretch, and supported enough to take emotional risks that lead to real change. No performance, no pretense—just honest work, done together.
I offer online therapy for adults across Washington State. If you're curious about working together, I’d love to hear from you.
