Virtual Process Groups
The goal isn’t to do it right;
it’s to be real.
In this space, you get to speak the things you usually swallow, test new ways of showing up, and see what happens when you don’t play it safe.
Process groups are alive and unpredictable. They’re experiments in honesty, curiosity, and connection.
You’ll laugh, squirm, feel seen, and sometimes get called out (with care).
What you’ll gain:
Courage to speak your mind without rehearsing
Confidence navigating discomfort and vulnerability
Awareness of your patterns—and the power to change them
Communication that’s both direct and playful
Listening skills that build empathy and connection
A supportive community that challenges and celebrates you
Tools to turn social anxiety into genuine connection

Take 2: Explore Your New Adult LGBTQIA+ Identity
Ages 28-45 (millenial-ish)
Virtual Process Group
This group is a supportive, exploratory space for adults who are exploring, (re)discovering, or claiming their queer identity later in life, often after living much of their lives as heterosexual or in straight-presenting relationships.
Many members feel like they’re in a “second round” of identity development: circling back to desires, attractions, and truths that didn’t get space or safety earlier on.
Fridays 2:30 PST (Virtual)
