Give Your Inner World Room to Breathe
Group, Individual & Couples Therapy in Seattle, WA
You want to be understood, but you’re not sure how to get the words out without making things worse.
A space for people who feel caught in the loop of conflict that never quite resolves,
of loneliness that lingers even when you’re not alone, of patterns you can’t seem to shake.
You want something deeper. Clearer. More real.
You want to set a boundary, but fear it’ll be taken as rejection.
You want to get close to other humans, but it’s hard to let your guard down.
You feel the weight of loneliness. You long for intimacy that feels real, not performative.
You might look calm on the outside, but inside you're bracing for impact.
If any of this sounds familiar, you’re in the right place.
For the ones caught in the loop of conflict that never quite resolves; of loneliness that lingers even when you're not alone; of patterns you can’t seem to shake.
You're ready to stop surviving your relationships and start transforming them.
Hi, I’m Bridgett.
My style is down-to-earth and rooted in realness. I offer a sanctuary of understanding - an unguarded, empathetic space where you can be witnessed and held as you digest the complexity.
I bring tools from mindfulness, conflict work, and authentic relating to help you notice what’s happening beneath the surface so you can show up differently in the moments that matter.
We’ll make space for the messy stuff: the overthinking, the not-saying, the sharp edges and discomfort of feeling misunderstood. I believe in honesty over performance, compassion with boundaries, and connection that actually nourishes.
This isn’t just talk therapy—it’s relational work that invites you to listen deeper, speak truer, and move from reaction to choice.
Wanna know why I specialize in conflict?
East Coast raised - a place where words come fast and passion sometimes blurs into friction. It's a culture of intensity that can make connection both powerful and challenging. It's shaped me, and it's been a life-changing journey to learn how to stay grounded, compassionate, and curious through the discomfort of conflict.
Throw in a divorce and a few plot twists, and let's just say: I've lived the mess. I actively dedicate my career to studying repair and practicing restorative conversations, especially in a world where "ghosting" is normal and everything feels more divided than ever.

Learn to relate more deeply with yourself and the people in your life.
This work invites you into a slower, deeper rhythm where you can soften the noise and hear yourself more clearly.
You'll see your patterns with compassion and relate in ways that feel more honest and alive.
I offer a space that holds you with care while also calling you forward. A space where you're encouraged to take responsibility without shame, and be witnessed without needing to perform.
It’s not about getting it right.
It’s about getting real so connection becomes something you can actually feel, not just hope for.
